Position Summary
The Latin American Sales Manager plays a key role in the overall success of ARB’s North American business development strategy. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales opportunities within the Latin American Region and advancing the annual sales goals of established dealer accounts. Candidates who possess a take-charge attitude, are highly motivated, and have previous outside sales experience are encouraged to apply. This position is based out of our Jacksonville, FL. office M-F with travel opportunities as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Defining and executing effective territory sales strategies used to achieve short, medium, and long-term sales objectives
Analyzing and being proactive to sales trends and patterns
Reporting on new business opportunities as well as competitive product capabilities and developments within the market
Developing relationships with new dealers and distributors to increase territory sales coverage while encouraging continued growth from established accounts
Establishing discount level and sale expectations for new accounts
Training dealers and distributors on the primary differences between ARB products and competitor products; providing field support and/or technical assistance to dealers and end users as required
Traveling within the region (up to 30%), occasional out of region travel (up to 10%)
Representing ARB at various trade shows and attending functions supporting dealers and consumers
Utilizing interpersonal skills to foster a positive presence within the 4x4 community
Working collaboratively with the LATAM and the US Sales and Marketing teams

Experience/Skills/Education
Native-level Spanish proficiency required
5+ years of successful outside sales and account management experience required
Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred
Automotive knowledge/experience highly preferred
Key account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills with customers and prospects
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and value-added benefits
Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work remotely

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Automotive Technician to join our R&D team. This role is critical in the process of conceptualizing, developing, and validating next-generation automotive parts, with a focus on advancing vehicle performance, safety, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will specialize in offroad suspension and/or research and development of offroad aftermarket parts. This is an in-person, M-F position based at our Murrieta, CA facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Installation and testing of a variety of aftermarket automotive parts including but not limited to differentials, lights, roof racks, etc. with a high focus on suspension components
Test fitting a variety of aftermarket parts on new vehicle applications
Test fitting a variety of aftermarket parts on new vehicle applications
Recording vehicle data such as vehicle weights, heights, and suspension geometry
Assist with fleet vehicle prep for shows and events
Assess and troubleshoot vehicle problems
Complete Mig/Tig welding
Tube layout and bending
Vehicle wiring
Basic manual Lathe machining
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work collaboratively with the engineers, product managers, and other techs

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This includes the development and implementation of quality processes to guide continuous improvement activities. In addition, you will serve as the key account manager for OE related quality and supply issues related to products delivered to our customer.
Responsibilities
Quality:
Auditing and ensuring policy and procedures are following ISO9001 and ISO14001
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance plans
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality control processes
Assist Engineering team to perform root cause analysis on product defects or non-conformances
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Develop processes and create workstations for light assembly and rework as necessary
Operations:
Lead the implementation of all new OE programs into the warehouse
Ensure that all demand fulfillment activities meet or exceed customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality requirements.
Collaborate with GM of Distribution and VP of Supply Chain to determine staffing requirements to achieve on-time delivery while attaining certain efficiency and overhead metrics.
Assist with monitoring in transit inventory of goods and assist as necessary to schedule delivery and plan staffing.
Oversee work order processes and accuracy for order assembly and processing.
Maintain inventory accuracy within company acceptable standards.
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) with customers to provide updates and review performance
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts to foster collaboration and trust
Provide regular updates to leadership on critical issues impacting fulfillment, shipping, or customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution.
Escalate issues or risks early to leadership and customers to avoid disruptions in service
Ensure all documents are filed in accordance with agreed upon internal requirements and processes
Conduct quarterly Kaizens to identify areas of opportunity for improved efficiencies
Track and analyze performance metrics such as fill rate, on-time delivery, order accuracy, and shipping compliance.
Present findings and recommendations in internal and customer-facing meetings.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in fulfillment and shipping processes
Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within an Automotive manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of QA/QC processes, including statistical process control (SPC) methods
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
