  • Position Summary

    The Northwest Sales Manager plays a key role in the overall success of ARB’s North American business development strategy. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales opportunities within the NW territory and advancing the annual sales goals of established dealer accounts. Candidates who possess a take-charge attitude, are highly motivated, and have previous sales experience are encouraged to apply. This position is eligible for remote work in either WA or OR and will manage sales in WA, OR, AK, and Western Canada.

    Hybrid in either WA or OR

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

      • Defining and executing effective territory sales strategies used to achieve short, medium, and long-term sales objectives
      • Analyzing and being proactive to sales trends and patterns
      • Reporting on new business opportunities as well as competitive product capabilities and developments within the market
      • Developing relationships with new dealers and distributors to increase NW territory sales coverage while encouraging continued growth from established accounts
      • Establishing discount level and sale expectations for new accounts
      • Training dealers and distributors on the primary differences between ARB products and competitor products; providing field support and/or technical assistance to dealers and end users as required
      • Traveling within the region (up to 40%), occasional out of region travel (up to 10%)
      • Representing ARB at various trade shows and attending functions supporting dealers and consumers
      • Utilizing interpersonal skills to foster a positive presence within the 4x4 community

    Experience/Skills/Education

    • 5+ years of successful outside sales and account management experience required
    • Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred
    • Automotive knowledge/experience highly preferred
    • Key account management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills with customers and prospects
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and value-added benefits
    • Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work remotely
    • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      Compensation

      $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

    • Position Summary

      We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team in the role of Logistics Customer Service Specialist. This vital position requires an organized, action-oriented, flexible problem-solver, who can assist in expediting orders and monitoring inventory levels. This is a full time (M-F), in person position, based at our Auburn, WA. office.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

      •  Order Processing & Management
        • Receive, review, enter, and process customer orders accurately
        • Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and shipping requirements
        • Track open sales orders, answer customer questions regarding order status and delivery
        • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
        • Process product returns per ARB policy
      • Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
        • Work closely with warehouse staff to track stock levels and product availability
        • Monitor order status and provide tracking updates to customers
        • Address shipping issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
      • Customer Service
        • Assist with issue resolution, and overall customer service and support related to orders
        • Resolve tickets representing consumer-generated technical order related requests or problems
        • Refer customers to published materials, secondary sources, and more senior staff when needed
        • Answer frequent phone calls in a polite and professional manner
      • Other
        • Participating in product training and new product launches
        • Assisting the marketing team with the development of resources for the online knowledge base (Zendesk)
        • Identify critical distribution issues and online technical issues and report them to the correct personnel
        • Other related tasks as assigned

      Experience/Skills:

      • 2+ years of inventory management, supply chain, order fulfillment or related experience required
      • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and JDE software strongly preferred
      • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

    • Position Summary

      The Social Media and Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that engage our audience, amplify our brand voice, and drive customer engagement. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to maximize the impact of our communications efforts.

      Key Responsibilities

      Social Media Management

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
      • Manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
      • Create, schedule, and post compelling content, including copywriting, graphics, photos, and videos.
      • Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
      • Manage content calendars for forums such as Bronco6G, IH8mud, Jeepwrangler.com
      • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize engagement and growth.

      Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create on-brand content that highlights product launches, promotions, events, and company milestones.
      • Assist with photo and video shoots, including concept development and on-site coordination.
      • Draft blog posts, press releases, and newsletters to support communications efforts.

      Analytics & Reporting

      • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
      • Use data insights to refine strategies and inform future campaigns.

      Collaborations & Campaigns

      • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand awareness.
      • Support cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

      Qualifications

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in social media management, communications, or a similar role.
      • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
      • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
      • Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools.

      Preferred:

      • Experience with video editing and content creation for platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
      • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
      • Passion for the automotive, outdoor adventure

    • Position Summary

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

      • Review and Processing of vendor invoices daily
      • Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts
      • Processing Creditor Payments
      • Initiate online banking payments (ACH/Wires) and check runs
      • Filing of all processed creditor invoices weekly
      • Manage correct authorization of invoices
      • Company banking as instructed
      • General office administration
      • Other AP/Admin tasks as needed

      Experience/Skills

      • 3+ years of AP/AR experience
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel
      • JD Edwards experience preferred but not required
      • Accuracy in data processing/Attention to detail
      • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and goal orientated
      • Problem analysis and solving skills
      • The ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously with minimal supervision
