  • Position Summary

    ARB USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events & Content Production Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, events, and brand operations.

    This role serves as the central coordinator for content production, marketing projects, events coordination, and administrative marketing functions, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with brand standards.

    The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys turning ideas into well-executed marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Events & Brand Activations

    · Coordinate logistics for trade shows, dealer events, training programs, and consumer activations.

    · Manage event timelines, shipping, promotional materials, and vendor communications.

    · Assist with booth setup, event merchandising, and post-event reporting.

    · Maintain event inventory and branded assets.

    · Merchandising & Brand Presentation

    · Coordinate showroom, office, and event display installations.

    · Manage branded signage, point-of-sale materials, banners, and promotional displays.

    · Ensure consistent brand presentation across all physical environments.

    · Marketing Operations

    · Coordinate the ordering and management of business cards, promotional products, branded apparel, and printed collateral.

    · Maintain relationships with vendors, printers, and production partners.

    · Track marketing budgets, invoices, and purchase requests.

    · Support administrative functions that improve marketing team efficiency and organization.

    Content Production Coordination

    · Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots from concept through completion.

    · Schedule photographers, videographers, talent, locations, vehicles, products, and production resources.

    · Develop production timelines, shot lists, call sheets, and project briefs.

    · Manage content delivery, asset collection, approvals, and organization.

    · Maintain and organize the company’s digital asset library, including photography, video, and creative files.

    · Marketing Campaign Coordination

    · Coordinate the execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.

    · Manage project timelines and deliverables across internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

    · Ensure marketing projects stay on schedule and meet established deadlines.

    · Assist with campaign planning, asset development, and deployment.

  • Position Summary

    ARB is excited to expand our sales team and is looking to add an experienced sales manager to the team. The Regional Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in the continued success of ARB’s North American business development strategy. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and advancing the annual sales goals of established dealer accounts. Candidates who possess a take-charge attitude, are highly motivated, and have previous sales experience are encouraged to apply. This is a remote position with frequent travel involved.

    Salary Range: $75,000-$125,000/yr

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Defining and executing effective territory sales strategies used to achieve short, medium, and long-term sales objectives
    • Analyzing and being proactive to sales trends and patterns
    • Reporting on new business opportunities as well as competitive product capabilities and developments within the market
    • Developing relationships with new dealers and distributors to increase territory sales coverage while encouraging continued growth from established accounts
    • Establishing discount level and sale expectations for new accounts
    • Training dealers and distributors on the primary differences between ARB products and competitor products; providing field support and/or technical assistance to dealers and end users as required
    • Traveling within the multistate region (up to 40%), occasional out of region travel (up to 10%)
    • Representing ARB at various trade shows and attending functions supporting dealers and consumers
    • Utilizing interpersonal skills to foster a positive presence within the 4x4 community
    • Other duties as assigned

    Experience/Skills/Education

    • 5+ years of successful outside sales and account management experience required
    • Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred
    • Automotive knowledge/experience highly preferred
    • Key account management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills with customers and prospects
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and value-added benefits
    • Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work remotely
    • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    Compensation/Benefits

    • Competitive base salary plus annual bonus based on sales (Salary listed is a combination of base pay + bonus potential)

  • About the Role

    ARB USA is looking for a technically minded, detail-oriented individual to join our Product Technical Support team. This position combines automotive and 4x4 product knowledge with customer technical support, product research, and the collection and review of technical information.

    The primary responsibility is to provide accurate technical support to customers and internal teams while properly documenting the information gathered through those interactions. This information will help the team identify recurring issues, trends, product opportunities, and other insights that can improve ARB products and the customer experience.

    The role requires someone who can work directly with customers, understand and troubleshoot technical issues, accurately capture information, and recognize when that information may reveal a larger pattern or opportunity. The ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is important.

    Team members will work together to establish consistent methods for collecting, organizing, reviewing, and reporting information. The successful candidate should be comfortable contributing their own knowledge, learning from others, and working within a standardized team approach.

    Pay Range: $25-$30/hr

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Answer technical customer calls, emails, and live chats and provide professional product support.
    • Assist customers with vehicle-specific fitment, product selection, installation, troubleshooting, and warranty questions.
    • Inspect and assist with repair of products associated with warranty claims.
    • Accurately collect and document technical, warranty, product, vehicle, and customer information.
    • Enter and categorize information consistently using established team processes.
    • Review collected information to identify recurring issues, trends, patterns, and opportunities.
    • Utilize available software and analytical tools to organize, review, and communicate information.
    • Assist with reports, presentations, dashboards, and other methods of communicating findings.
    • Participate in market and competitor research.
    • Work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to communicate findings and help develop solutions.
    • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for research, documentation, data review, and workflow development.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of team methods for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Search ARB databases and technical resources for product information and installation documentation.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Experience/Skills

    • Automotive, 4x4, off-road, or related industry experience preferred.
    • Basic mechanical knowledge required; understanding of vehicle drivetrains and suspension systems preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability.
    • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar data-analysis and visualization tools preferred.
    • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
    • Ability to recognize patterns, ask questions, and investigate the “why” behind a problem.
    • Comfortable learning new software, tools, and processes.
    • Knowledge of Zendesk and HubSpot is a plus.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    The Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate combines technical product knowledge, customer-service skills, curiosity, and sound judgment. They should be comfortable gathering information, working with technology, recognizing patterns, and communicating what they find.

    An intermediate working knowledge of data-analysis and technology tools is valuable. We are not looking for a dedicated data analyst; we are looking for a technically capable team member who can contribute to both day-to-day product support and the team's broader effort to turn support information into useful product intelligence.

    Job Description

    We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team in the role of Logistics/Order Fulfillment Customer Service. This vital position requires an organized, action-oriented, flexible problem-solver, who can assist in expediting orders and monitoring inventory levels. This is a full time (M-F), in person position, based at our Kent, WA. office.

    Pay Range: $25-$30/hr

    Responsibilities:

    Order Processing & Management

    • Receive, review, enter, and process customer orders accurately
    • Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and shipping requirements
    • Track open sales orders, answer customer questions regarding order status and delivery
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
    • Process product returns per ARB policy

    Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

    • Work closely with warehouse staff to track stock levels and product availability
    • Monitor order status and provide tracking updates to customers
    • Address shipping issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments

    Customer Service

    • Assist with issue resolution, and overall customer service and support related to orders
    • Resolve tickets representing consumer-generated technical order related requests or problems
    • Refer customers to published materials, secondary sources, and more senior staff when needed
    • Answer frequent phone calls in a polite and professional manner

    Other

    • Participating in product training and new product launches
    • Assisting the marketing team with the development of resources for the online knowledge base (Zendesk)
    • Identify critical distribution issues and online technical issues and report them to the correct personnel
    • Other related tasks as assigned

    Experience/Skills:

    • 2+ years of inventory management, supply chain, order fulfillment or related experience required
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and JDE software strongly preferred

    We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team in the role of Warehouse Associate. A qualified candidate will possess a positive, can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work successfully in a team environment. This is full-time (M-F), in person position based at our Jacksonville, FL. location.

    Salary Range: $17-$20/hr

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Pulling and packing orders – palletizing for truck freight
    • Receiving and stocking products being delivered via containers
    • Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks
    • Scanning products and maintaining accurate inventory levels
    • Maintaining safety standards
    • Completing cycle counts
    • Other duties as assigned

    Experience/Skills

    • Warehouse experience required
    • Forklift experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
    • Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs.
