    Position Summary

    The ideal candidate will be able to manage a positive relationship with the OEM and develop a customer specific strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting programs to deliver to market within time, cost, quality and profitability parameters in line with the business strategy plan. They will also take accountability for the ongoing delivery of products.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop and implement a customer specific strategy that adheres to both ARB and OEM-specific objectives
    • Monitor and coordinate projects ensuring market entrance, cost, quality, and profitability parameters that meet the strategic plan implemented by the business
    • Lead proactive negotiations and discussions with OE customers, coordinate RFQs and SOWs
    • Ensure ongoing product delivery is running smoothly
    • Work with engineering team to discuss product design needs and cost
    • Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and any related updates
    • Responsible for key OE customer relationship management
    • Maintain positive industry-based relationships with OE key accounts to ensure ARB remains on the bid list for future business, staying on top of key industry changes and reflecting on how they impact ARB Inc.
    • Ensure comprehensive understanding of the customers processes & expectations, and communicate this information effectively to internal teams and stakeholders
    • Attend events and build effective networks that prove valuable to the business from a local or global perspective
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Experience/Skills/Education

    • Bachelors degree in business, Engineering or relevant field
    • 5+ years either working as Supplier with an OE or in an OE role working with Suppliers
    • Strong ability to multitask across functional activities
    • Excellent leadership skills to bring cross functional teams together to resolve issues
    • Experience in creating business cases to show profitability of new business
    • Experience presenting to senior leadership
    • Experience in working across multiple time zones with a global workforce

    Salary Range 

    $100,000-$125,000
