    ARB 4x4 Accessories USA is the North American operations of ARB 4x4 Accessories, Australia's largest manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories. With a global export network spanning over 80 countries, ARB 4x4 Accessories USA is based in Auburn, Washington. Utilizing modern and advanced fabrication equipment, ARB is known for its innovation in the industry.

    Role Description

    The Social Media and Community Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that engage our audience, amplify our brand voice, and drive customer engagement. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to maximize the impact of our communications efforts. This is a M-F, in-office position based at our Auburn, WA. location.

    Key Responsibilities

    Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

    • Own and execute the social media strategy for ARB USA Brands, you will be our brand voice in online communities.
    • Manage and keep content calendars up to date for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Lead the social media content strategy and production, creating short form videos, graphics, and photos for social channels.
    • Set and maintain quarterly growth goals to increase ARB USA Brands presence across relevant social channels and enthusiast forums, and expanding to new relevant channels.
    • Monitor community platforms for comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Remain informed and up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging channels to implement into overall strategy.
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms, using insights to inform future campaigns and ideas.
    • Assist with product photo and video shoots, including concept development and on-site coordination.

    Community & Influencer Management

    • Support the growth of ARB’s affiliate and ambassador programs, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, relationship management, and performance tracking of ambassador initiatives.
    • Identify and build partnerships with content creators in the 4x4 industry who authentically align with the ARB global brand.
    • Engage creator partners with campaigns, collaborative content, product seeding, and content tasks to source UGC for ARBs digital presence.
    • Represent ARB in enthusiast communities and online forums, building genuine relationships and trust that deepen brand loyalty.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or at least 4 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in social media management with demonstrated experience creating and posting content for brands.
    • 2+ years of experience managing or assisting with influencer/ambassador programs and/or creator relationships.
    • Strong ability to produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) with a rich understanding of techniques for engagement.
    • Strong understanding of social media trends and how to apply them for brand visibility.
    • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
    • A passion for adventure; you must be comfortable with being outdoors and show a genuine interest in the lifestyle.

    Preferred:

    • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Etc.).
    • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
    • Understanding of Ecommerce principles and digital marketing growth tactics.
    • Familiarity with directing photo and video shoots.
