ARB is the world leader in the manufacture and distribution of high quality 4×4 and off-road accessories, including; air locking differentials, air compressors, winch bumpers, suspension systems, roof racks, skid plates, side rails, rear bumpers, roof top tents and recovery gear. Our US operations are headquartered in Auburn, Washington with additional locations in Jacksonville, Florida and Midlothian, Texas. 

  • The Midwest Sales Manager plays a key role in the overall success of ARB’s North American business development strategy. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales opportunities within the territory and advancing the annual sales goals of established dealer accounts. Candidates who possess a take-charge attitude, are highly motivated, and have previous sales experience are encouraged to apply. This position is eligible for remote work in the State of Texas.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Defining and executing effective territory sales strategies used to achieve short, medium, and long-term sales objectives
    • Analyzing and being proactive to sales trends and patterns
    • Reporting on new business opportunities as well as competitive product capabilities and developments within the market
    • Developing relationships with new dealers and distributors to increase the Midwest territory sales coverage while encouraging continued growth from established accounts
    • Establishing discount level and sale expectations for new accounts
    • Training dealers and distributors on the primary differences between ARB products and competitor products; providing field support and/or technical assistance to dealers and end users as required
    • Traveling within the region (up to 30%), occasional out-of-region travel (up to 10%)
    • Representing ARB at various trade shows and attending functions supporting dealers and consumers
    • Utilizing interpersonal skills to foster a positive presence within the 4x4 community

    Experience/Skills/Education

    • 2+ years of successful sales experience with a B2B focus preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred
    • Automotive knowledge/experience preferred
    • Key account management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills with customers and prospects
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and value-added benefits
    • Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work remotely
    • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to help facilitate the day-to-day warehouse operations at our Auburn, WA. location. A qualified candidate will thrive in a fast-pace team environment, possess a can-do attitude, and have the ability to motivate a team. This is a full-time (M-F), in-person position.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Oversee day-to-day receiving, warehousing, and distribution plans to maximize output
    • Oversee daily picking operations, aiming for 100% accuracy with picking, order fulfillment, and inventory counts
    • Inspect inbound containers for accuracy and product defects reporting findings to the General Manager
    • Oversee and participate in warehouse activities including palletizing, pallet wrapping, routine cycle counting, etc.
    • Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are in good condition and stay well maintained to prevent equipment failures
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
    • Monitor the warehouse consumables, inform manager when low on supplies including: boxes, pallet wrap, shipping labels, etc.
    • Enforce optimal operational policies and procedures in compliance with company’s strategic plans and vision
    • Work with manager to maintain safety and security standards, create incident prevention plans, promptly address all potential hazards, complete weekly safety audits
    • Assist with the flow of information between management and warehouse crew
    • Monitors the flow of inventory in the facility frequently throughout the day, making adjustments to team assignments as needed
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing change

    Experience/Skills/Education

    • 2+ years of successful supervisor experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
    • Experience operating various PITs (cherry pickers, stand-up and sit-down forklifts)
    • Experience with basic Excel functions and formulas
    • Knowledge of bin location warehousing
    • Knowledge of warehousing KPIs
    • Strong, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic, team player mentality
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team
    • Ability to stand, swoop, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
