Terms & Conditions

  • Non-Compliance: Resellers failing to meet participation or inventory requirements may be removed from this respective locator until resolved.
  • Communication: ARB will maintain an open line of communication with resellers about program benefits, requirements, and updates.
  • Fees: Locally charges 2.5% on reservations for in-store pickup (until September 1, 2025). If the shopper does not show up to the store or shows up but leaves without purchasing anything, set the corresponding order resolution status on that Locally order and the fee is waived.

To participate and be included in our list of local resellers, you will need to confirm the following:

  • Participation in pricing and promotions policy.
  • Stock a minimum of ARB’s core product range.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and adhere to ARB branding standards.
  • Connect your inventory feed if you're interested in participating in our Reserve Online Pay In-store program (Optional)
  • If you opt to enroll in our reserve online pay in-store (ROPIS) program you must have real-time inventory capabilities and cannot use wholesale distributors inventory feed to artificially inflate in-stock position)

  • Yes, to be included in ARB's dealer locator, you will need to sign up with Locally. ARB USA has partnered with Locally to integrate their Store Locator and Product Locator tools, which connect online shoppers to nearby retailers carrying ARB products. This integration provides real-time inventory visibility, enhancing the customer experience and supporting local retailers. Locally

    If you're an authorized ARB dealer and wish to appear in their dealer locator, enrolling in the Locally platform is necessary. An inventory feed is not required if you only wish to display your store information on ARB's dealer locator - https://arbusa.com/locations/

  • Please contact [email protected] to start the onboarding process.

  • Inventory can be provided via FTP feed, API connection, or emailed CSV files on a scheduled basis. Locally will assist with setup.

  • Inventory updates should be sent at least once per day to ensure accuracy and avoid overselling.

  • Locally supports basic methods like daily emailed CSV files, making it accessible to dealers without advanced systems.

  • When a customer reserves a product, you’ll receive a notification via email and through the Locally dashboard. You’ll confirm product availability and set the item aside for pickup.

  • Dealers are encouraged to respond within 2 business hours to ensure a great customer experience.

  • Dealers are expected to hold the item for at least 3 business days, or as specified by the customer’s pickup preference.

  • Yes. A 2.5% commission (until September 1, 2025) is paid to Locally on confirmed orders. This commission supports platform maintenance and customer communication.

  • The customer pays in-store, directly to you. ARB does not process the payment—the transaction is entirely between you and the customer.

  • No. Customers reserve the item and are informed that the dealer will confirm availability. They are notified when the item is ready for pickup.

  • You can mark the item as unavailable in the Locally dashboard, and the customer will be notified and offered alternative locations or options.
