New ARB Zenith Winch Bumpers

ARB is known for its premium off-road products, including bumpers for a wide variety of vehicles. The new Zenith bumper line, which debuted as a slim non-winch bumper for Ford Bronco, is now getting the ability to mount a winch, and will feature more applications. The new bumpers build upon the original Zenith’s modern, minimal design philosophy, while increasing versatility, adding front-end protection, and giving a vehicle a rugged, unique style.

Sleek Style, Sturdy Construction

Constructed from laser-cut and formed 3mm (0.12”) robotically syncro-pulse welded steel, Zenith offers a maximum strength-to-weight ratio in a modern, slimline design. The bumper’s wings, pans, and under-vehicle protection are strengthened with high-tonnage press forms. This provides incredible durability and frontal protection against trail hazards. For maximum corrosion resistance, Zenith bumpers are prepped with an ecoat, and covered with an Integrit black powder-coated finish which will last for years.

Winch Compatible, Recovery-Ready

Although the first Zenith bumpers for Bronco were non-winch units (and will continue to be), ARB has taken Zenith’s design philosophy and added the ability to mount a winch for new applications. New Zenith bumpers have an integrated winch cradle accommodating 10,000 lb. or 12,000 lb. winches for vehicle recovery duties.

For more recovery options, dual forged steel recovery points, rated at 17,636 lbs., offer exceptional strength and hardness. Their shape is compatible with soft shackles and prevent point-load on steel bow shackles, ensuring the load is evenly dispersed. For maximum visibility in the field, these recovery points wear a bright red finish.

Additionally, twin jack points let buyers use off-road jacks directly on the bumper, giving Zenith maximum recovery versatility.

Ready For Lights

Zenith’s removable grille lets buyers mount multiple 3” driving lights for maximum low-light visibility when on the trail. Where applicable, Zenith bumpers accommodate factory OEM lighting, taking the guesswork out of where to place the original fog/driving lights when installing an aftermarket bumper.

Safety and Sensor Compatibility

For the ultimate in safety, Zenith bumpers are SRS airbag compatible. Plus, Zenith works with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) radar and vehicle sensors, so features like adaptive cruise control and parking sensors maintain full functionality.
