SEMA 2025 was a significant year for ARB. With three new Toyota platforms hitting the market, the Tacoma, the 4Runner, and the Land Cruiser, the booth centered around showcasing a new generation of ARB products developed specifically for these vehicles. The builds demonstrated how armor, suspension, storage, and recovery components come together as a complete system for overland and off-road travel.
In addition to the Toyota platforms, ARB also displayed the Earth Camper for North American buyers and introduced two new components: an integrated winch and forged upper control arms. Together, the lineup reflected ARB’s continued focus on supporting new factory platforms, long-distance travel, and self-sufficient vehicle-based exploration.
ARB’s New Toyota Builds at SEMA 2025
2025 Toyota Tacoma Build
The 2025 Tacoma TRD Off-Road served as the foundation for ARB’s next-generation overland platform. ARB suspension, armor, recovery gear, storage, and lighting were installed to support payload, improve control, and protect the vehicle in technical terrain.
The BP-51 suspension was added for its ability to manage weight and maintain ride quality across mixed conditions, while ARB armor improved approach angles and provided reliable recovery points.
Partner brand Nacho supplied lighting to enhance visibility during night driving and camp use. Together, the system supports daily driving with the capability needed for long-distance, off-grid travel.

2025 Toyota 4Runner Build
The 2025 4Runner SR5 gives ARB a familiar platform to work from. It has been updated and modernized, but the fundamentals that make the 4Runner a capable trail vehicle are still there.
For this build, ARB focused on improving trail performance and making the vehicle more comfortable on long days outside. Suspension upgrades increase clearance and control over uneven terrain, while skid plates and sliders protect critical components. Lighting extensions and electrical accessories extend usable hours after dark, and a powered fridge makes full-day travel more convenient.

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Build
The 2025 Land Cruiser 250 gave ARB a platform that still feels built for real off-road driving. ARB upgraded the suspension system with the Old Man Emu BP-51 suspension for better control on rocky and uneven terrain, and a full ARB 4x4 armor package to keep the critical components safe when the truck drops onto ledges or washouts. Lighting, provided by Nacho, helps extend usable hours after dark, and the added ARB 4x4 recovery gear makes it easier to stay organized during long days outside. The idea was to create a Land Cruiser that’s comfortable to live with on the road, but confident on the slower, technical sections where factory setups start to feel outmatched.

The ARB Earth Camper Comes to North America
North American buyers will now have a chance to own the ARB Earth Camper, and SEMA provided the first opportunity for many to see it in person.
The Earth Camper features a welded exoskeleton chassis, long-travel suspension system, and a complete off-grid electrical and water systems to support extended time away. The compact exterior footprint keeps towing efficient, and once at camp, the interior deploys into a comfortable and weather-protected living space. The rear door becomes a hard-floor platform with standing room, creating a practical transition area for cooking, organizing gear, or getting settled after a long day on the trail. Sleeping, storage, power, and refrigeration are built into the body.
The Earth Camper makes remote travel easier, giving people a comfortable and organized place to sleep, cook, and recharge between days on the trail.

ARB Launches a New Integrated Winch
Among ARB’s newest products at SEMA was an integrated winch. With newer platforms running heavier weights, more accessories, and tighter front-ends, ARB focused on fitment, heat management, and consistent pulling performance under load.
The winch features an integrated control unit that reduces external wiring and creates a cleaner, more durable recovery system, while the zero-drag braking setup helps protect synthetic rope during long pulls. By relocating the brake into the gearbox, heat is managed more effectively, the rope stays cooler, and the winch can unspool under power without added resistance.
The winch will be offered in 10K and 12K capacities to support everything from midsize overland builds to full-size expedition rigs.

What ARB’s SEMA 2025 Debuts Mean for the Off-Road Market
If there was a theme at ARB’s SEMA booth this year, it was how off-roading has expanded beyond short trail runs. Drivers are building vehicles that can handle rough terrain, carry more gear, and support longer days outside. We leaned into that shift with new Toyota builds outfitted with suspension, armor, recovery gear, and lighting designed for real trail use.
The Earth Camper added another dimension to that conversation by enabling off-road towing and camp setups beyond maintained sites. This is the perfect option for travelers who may not want to make any major upgrades or changes to their tow vehicle, while still being able to get off the grid. And with the debut of the new winch and forged upper control arms, ARB introduced components that support dependable recovery and improved control when the terrain turns technical.
The takeaway was clear: ARB is developing products that help drivers venture deeper into off-road environments and stay confident once the trail gets difficult.
Final Thoughts
SEMA 2025 gave a glimpse at how ARB is supporting the next chapter of off-roading. From the newest Toyota platforms to the Earth Camper and recently introduced recovery and suspension components, the focus was on real use, not just show builds.
With more factory platforms arriving and new products entering the North American market, ARB remains committed to developing equipment that helps drivers travel farther and stay out longer with confidence.
